Q. Does anything ever go Out of Stock or get Discontinued?
A. Our website reflects the most current available styles�.however we are not perfect and items do need to be replenished as needed. Click on the Closeout tab to view discontinued items.
Q. What are the sizes of your shirts?
A. All manufacturers do not use the same specifications when creating our garmets. This Size Chart reflects the sizes that are commonly used. Since this an estimate of our shirt sizes, there may be some slight variances between different garmet styles.
Q. I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?
A. There are two ways you can search through this gallery:
1. If you already know what shirt or license you want, you can type in a specific license or shirt name in the search tool located on the header and footer of our Mad Engine site.
2. If you want to browse through all our licenses, you can click on Apparel on the top navigation.
Q. What forms of payments are accepted at MadEngine.com?
A. We currently accept All Major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovercard)
Q. How can I be sure that my order went through?
A. Once you send us your order, you will receive an email. This email includes the confirmation of your order along with your order number & details.
Q. Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
A. Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order right away. If you wish to add or remove items from your order, you must email us at orders@madengine.comwithin 1-2 days. Once an order is being packed for shipment we are no longer able to modify your order.
Q. It's been a few days and I have not received a confirmation email on the order that I placed. Why?
A. Our system automatically sends you and email after you place your order. If you entered an incorrect email address on the checkout page, you will not receive any emails regarding your order.
Shipping
Q. Can I ship to an address outside the United States?
A. At this time, MadEngine.com only ships to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Q. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A. Yes. Just specify the shipping addresses you want in the "Ordering Instructions" box in Checkout or please contact us.
Mad Engine does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Mad Engine does not ship via USPS.
Q. What method of shipment do you provide?
A. Our standard method of shipment is via UPS. You need to specify method of delivery (Ground, Next-Day, etc) when checking out.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A.Usually, shipping takes only 1-5 business days for the UPS Ground option. UPS 3 Day Select will deliver your items by the end of the 3rd business day. UPS 2nd Day Air will deliver your items by the end of the second business day. For UPS 2nd Day Air, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. The UPS Next Day Air options will deliver by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Theses shipping times were provided as guidelines by UPS. Returns & Exchanges
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned for a different size, style, or refund within 30 days from the day you receive your package. You must email orders@madengine.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which you will need for the return form. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return it and place a new order for the correct size. Your credit card will be refunded the original item value. Shipping costs for exchanges are not refundable.
Initial shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective. You must include all packaging that came with the item along with a completed return form before sending it back to us. If you return an item in bad condition or without tags, we will return the item to you at your expense.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Do not send packages to us COD. They will be refused.
If you do not meet the requirements for a return, we will be unable to issue you a refund. Please allow at least 2 weeks time for your return to be processed. |
